Hydrodynamic washing for body shop

Our hydrodynamic cleaning system works at very high pressure (3000 bar) able to remove rust and old paint without causing any damages to the plate. In the specific, it’s extremely effective for treating metal surfaces.

Thanks to an advanced technology (the water flow gets to the metal across some nozzles that are fixed on a rotating device) there is no waste left, no affected welds, and above all no mechanical or physical alterations.

The water jet/spray is conveyed as in a classic Hydro cleanser, removing any kind of paint, plaster, resin, combustion waste, residues of molds and plastic glue and bringing the material to its primary status without leaving any impurity.

This is a complete eco-friendly treatment, since e it doesn’t pollute, but uses only water as a working tool: all the impurities and residues are collected in a tank and then disposed of/burnt off.

Thanks to the use of this technology together with the help of our staff, we are able to refurbish a variety of materials such as mold components for the engineering industry, car bodies/vintage trucks but also chimney pipes.
